There’s not much to say about oven roasted broccoli. This is almost always how we make it now that we’ve discovered this recipe.
Variations: Use smoked salt instead of table salt. Or substitute broccoli with cauliflower (increase total cooking time by an additional 5-10 minutes)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat broccoli lightly in oil and toss in a bowl to mix. Arrange on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
Roast broccoli for 15 minutes.
